Based on this, a detailed quotation is prepared, outlining product information, pricing, lead time, and warranty terms, which is then shared with the client for approval.
3rd step: Order & Payment
After the client confirms the quotation, a Purchase Order is issued and payment arrangements are made, either as an upfront deposit or in full. We handle the transaction with the selected supplier and maintain proper records of all orders and payments to ensure transparency throughout the process.
4th step: Fulllment & Delivery
With the order secured, we monitor the supplier’s progress and ensure the goods are prepared as agreed. Upon arrival, the items are carefully checked for accuracy, quality, and condition. If required, proof of completion such as photos or videos is provided to the client. From there, we arrange the shipment, manage logistics, and coordinate delivery directly to the client’s site. If installation is required, our team handles the setup and conducts thorough product testing before handover.
5th step: Completion & After-Sales Support
The process concludes with confirmation that the products meet the agreed specifications and contractual requirements. Should any issues arise, we take full responsibility and provide corrective action. Even after delivery, our commitment continues through warranty coverage, after-sales support, and technical assistance. This ensures long-term satisfaction and strengthens our partnership with the client for future procurement needs.
